Offer assistance to our hugo customers, partners and drivers via chat or calls. Follow up on business cases with the different areas of the organization, and provide an excellent customer experience following all hugo processes and policies of service.
Task and responsabilities:
- Provide the best experience to hugo´s customers and provide a resolution to all the scenarios under his/her management.
- Document all the actions executed under the orders and scenarios under his/her management.
- Follow up all business cases until the resolution and completion.
- Comply with all business policies and processes.
- Minimum high school diploma and/or to be a University student or equal work experience.
- 1 year as a customer service representative or related field.
- Schedule Flexibility is a must.
- English at 85%, speaking, writing, listening and reading
- Microsoft Office
- Reports creation and analysis
- Effective conmunication
