Main Objective:

Handling general operations of the country at an administrative level, including administering commercial alliances with the purpose of guaranteeing the adequate functioning and the business cost.

 

Specific Functions:

  • Creating and Leading renting strategies of the country with the purpose of executing actions which generate growth and efficiency in primary and secondary territories.
  • Leading and executing strategic commercial planning with the purpose of realizing actions towards the gross merchandise value, average ticket, user frequency, etc to guarantee a constant business growth.
  • Checking and analyzing results of every territory, with the objective of defining, executing and monitoring strategies which allow the increase of cost of rent in the country in charge.
  • Administrating budget areas and care for the accomplishment of actions planned to guarantee an adequate control and generate cost of rent of the company's country.
  • Supervise the administration of operational functions of the company, with the purpose of guaranteeing the good functioning of these processes and to cover the necessities of the country in charge.
  • Represent the organization in any legal procedure or entity in which it is required, with the purpose of guaranteeing operations to function according to the expected goals and objectives.
  • Supervising procedures of the commercial, marketing and operations team with the purpose of guaranteeing the accomplishment of goals and expectations.
  • Presenting results of every country, areas and lobs, to country executives in a constant form.

Experience:

  • Desirable Masters in Commercial Specialties like Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related.
  • Preferable in Commercial Areas with a position like Supervisor. Preferable in Multinational companies.

  • Knowledge in Budget administration
  • Knowledge in Data Analysis Tools (Data studio, Tableau, etc)
  • Bargaining ability
  • Knowledge in financial analysis (Balance sheets, etc)
  • Knowledge in event planning, organization and method
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
