Key Account Executive

General objective: 

Define, plan and coordinate commercial strategies for the country and its key accounts. As well as, lead and supervise the team in charge in increasing and maintaining the portfolio of assigned clients in order to achieve the objectives defined in the area. 

Specific tasks:

  • Analyze the performance by categories and indicators of the area, identifying opportunities for business growth and improvement in key accounts in order to define new business strategies to increase sales.
  • Distribute, manage and execute the budget of the Commercial team of the assigned country, in order to carry out strategic actions according to identified growth opportunities.
  • Hold weekly team meetings, to provide visibility of the obtained results as well as present the commercial strategies plan to be executed according to analysis.
  • Review the top ten of key businesses with the team in charge in order to design, coordinate and monitor commercial and advertising strategies that allow increasing sales.
  • Support in negotiations with key businesses, define commissions, plan offers and promotions according to budget in order to guarantee a beneficial agreement for both parties.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in the team under his charge, in order to enhance and develop new skills that add value to the operation of the area and the assigned tasks.
  • Hold weekly team meetings, to analyze the results obtained and define action plans.
  • Prepare a historical report of the commercial actions carried out (promotions, alliances, etc.), in order to have relevant information on the actions executed and define new ones.
  • Present to the immediate leader the results of the area, the team's performance and business plan in order to analyze and define strategies and initiatives to increase sales
  • Manage new business contracts in order to affiliate and formalize the business relationship.

Requeriments and specific knowledge:

  • Bachelor Degree in Economy, Business Administration or related.                    *Business Administration Master Degree could be a bonus.
  • 5-7 year experience in the Commercial area as Manager or Head. Preferably in multinational companies in sales or restaurants.
  • Knowledge of budget management
  • Knowledge of tools for data analysis (Data Studio, Tableau, etc.)
  • Negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of sales projection and forecasting
  • Large client portfolio management
  • Knowledge of financial analysis (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, etc.)
  • Microsoft Office Suite
